How long will it take to get my package?
Please allow processing time for order sewing & preparation. Items will be ready to be shipped within 3-7 business days after payment is complete.
When your order fulfilled you will receive email with track number. All orders we send with 100% tracking via DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx. You can track here, link.

Do you ship internationally?
Of course we want all the brides of the world to be married in our robes, so... Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We gladly accept custom orders. If you want your order to fit your specific measurements Chest / Waist / Hip / Height, please feel free to contact us.
If your size is no more than XL, then the price will not change for you.

The parcel has been sent and the USPS track number has been assigned, when the parcel arrives at the warehouse in the USA, the parcel will start to be tracked. Please don't worry, you will receive your order on time.
