Standard Shipping (USA): USPS – approximately 10–16 business days.
Express Shipping: DHL Express – approximately 4–6 business days. If you need your order sooner, simply select DHL Express at checkout.

FREE Standard US Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping within the United States on orders over $180 USD. Shipping costs for orders below $180 USD are calculated automatically at checkout.
Typical shipping rates:
- USPS Standard Shipping: approximately $10–15 USD
- DHL Express Shipping: approximately $37 USD
Customs & Import Duties
For orders delivered within the United States, all applicable import duties and customs fees are covered by Bella Donna. You will not pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.
For deliveries to other countries, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply according to your local regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing Time
Most handmade items are carefully crafted and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are shipped from Ukraine or our US fulfillment location, depending on product availability. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.
If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed or an incorrect shipping address was provided, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
